New place to play

Some of you know that we are moving in a couple of weeks to a house just 3 miles away. I have been slow to pack but have started. Isabelle and Amelie discovered an empty drawer this morning and decided it was a great place to play!! They had so much fun! Good thing Travers was at school or he might have shut them in the drawer!! The girls are huge climbers!!

Easter Morning

The Easter bunny did arrive at Meme and Papa's. Travers was thrilled and jumped right in...the girls were not sure that this was really happening!! I especially love the pictures of the chocolate dripping out of their mouths. Everyone had a wonderful time. I have some great photos of the family getting ready to go to church but they are on Jean-Paul's camera so I will post them later!!

Playing in the backyard

The afternoon warmed up so the kids played in the backyard while mom and dad watched basketball! Go Heels and Jayhawks!

A cool morning

It was a cool Saturday morning but we needed to get outside! Amelie had some serious bedhead and Isabelle was making faces! I was able to get a great kiss from Amelie! Travers was playing on the rocks...and bugging Isabelle! It was a great morning. It is so fun to watch the kids play together! They are playing more and more which is really a cool thing!

Breakfast with Meme

We drove to Meme and Papa's (Jean-Paul's mom and dad) house for Easter weekend. It is always fun to visit! Meme loved feeding the girls. There are so many new grandchildren that lots of the "equipment" needed has been left for all to use! It's great!!

A library visit

Amelie, Isabelle and I headed to the library! Isabelle LOVES books so she took off running once we got to the children's area. Funny thing..they wanted nothing to do with the story time but instead spend lots of time on the computers. Isabelle then decided to move all the chairs to make a climbing area while Amelie enjoyed a snack. Finally the girls cleared some books off a short shelving unit so they could use it as a ladder to get to the top. Once their they played with a puzzle and looked at all the cars and trucks driving by...I'm sure we make librarians everywhere shutter!

Hats

A friend of my mom's daughter made the girls these amazing hats. The photos do not do the hats justice!! The girls did not want their pictures taken...I will have to try again.

The Playground

After playing in the front yard we moved to the back. It was a bit muddy but Isabelle was determined to climb and slide! My favorite photo is the one of her RUNNING back to the ladder so she could climb up again!! She and Travers had so much fun. Amelie does not like the mud so she stayed with mom.
