Izzy at tennis!

Isabelle loves to do what Travers does.
Today it was tennis.
Watch Izzy play with the boys while Travers feeds balls to the group!

Buff''s birthday!

Happy Birthday Buff!
Who is Buff you ask?
Travers stuffed dog.
Not sure where he got he name Buff.
Travers decided today was Buff's birthday.
He made him a party hat at school.
We bought a cake mix and made a birthday cake.
It was a fun party and everyone was happy.
Especially Buff.

Amelie

Amelie was not feeling well this morning so while Izzy and Travers headed to school Amelie spent the day with me.
We had to go to a Duck Derby meeting at Children's TLC.
Amelie LOVED the crayons outside of the building.
She wanted to touch each one!

My Storm Trooper!

Travers saved his money to buy this Storm Trooper helmet!
He fell asleep with it in his lap on the way to tennis.
He LOVES his helmet!

Dentist

Isabelle and Amelie had their first dental check up this week.
Well...I guess it is Izzy's second...her first is when she broke her teeth.

Anyway, all three kids went back with the dentist and none of them needed me. They all had their teeth cleaned,
flossed and Izzy had x-rays taken of her broken teeth.

All three came bounding out with their "goody bag".

Just another day that I am realizing my babies are growing up!

Pool Shark!

Isabelle found a stool today and of course used it to climb onto the pool table!
She "shot" every ball into the holes!
She's a natural...makes me proud!

Gift Giving Party!

Each year before the school auction there is a "Gift Giving Party" to kick
off the auction and gather gifts! It is a fun party.

Five year doctors appointment!

Prior to Travers FIVE year check up he and I went to Fritz's Train restaurant to eat!
Fritz's is a hamburger joint where the food is delivered by trains!
Perfect place to go before receiving shots!

My girls...in Matilda Jane

I love Matilda Jane clothes...and my girls look so cute! This is them before heading to "school"!

Birthday Candles!

I know this is out of order but it shows just how excited Travers was to celebrate his birthday!
What how fast he blows out his candles!!
Made us laugh!

Thank you and good bye!

I was lucky to know Boone!
Boone was an amazing dog!
Boone and I grew up together!
Boone was with me during the best and worst times!
Her love and support never wavered!
She was 13 years old.
She is missed!

Our cold walk

The other day the girls and I headed to a playgroup. It was a "warmer" day and we only had
to walk a short distance so I thought we should walk.
We could all use some fresh air.
I bundled the girls up and off we went!

Well...while at the playgroup an Arctic cold front arrived!
I ran all the way home and we still looked like icicles!!
It must have been a funny site to see!

Thank you!

Travers had a wonderful birthday and received many great gifts.
But...in order to keep his new toys he had to do two things:
1. Give a toy away that he no longer likes to play with .
(we brought them to a charity in town)
2. To write thank you notes. We ordered some custom thank yous and Travers with our help wrote them all.
He was tired of writing his name but learned an important lesson!

When Amelie gets mad!

As I mentioned in the previous post Amelie has a new arm position when she gets mad!
Amelie had thrown her puppy about 5 times demanding that I pick it up as we
waited in the car pool line for Travers. Instead of picking up the puppy I pulled out
my camera!

NO!

This is Amelie's new arm position when she says "NO"!
I can't say that I do this so I am not sure where she picked it up
but it make me laugh!
